It truly was a pleasure working with and cooking for such gracious people. The memories I aquired while there will never be forgotten nor will the people that treated me like family. Such a special group of people keeps phrases like this bringing smiles to my face still..."this is London Calling", "I'm the messiah of Jambalaya", "chef Jeff in da house", "can I cook with you tomorrow", "I love strawberry shortcake", "Brownies and ice cream is the best", "I wish I had my mom's mac and cheeese", "did you go to the parade?", "my brain's been pickled", "the consistancy of this soup is absolutely wonderful" oh and of course "thank you, thank you, thank you for the great food".
