First Street PW United Methodist Church purchased the First Street Apartments with the intention of remodeling them and offering them as low-income housing.

At this time, the apartments are completely refurbished – United Saints repaired the drywall, installed flooring, trim, doors, fixtures, railings, and siding, painted the interior and exterior, and repaired the decking. The apartments are suitable for tenants and also serve as volunteer and group housing.
