Mr. David & Miss. Roselyn

Mr. David and Miss. Roselyn have been working on the exterior of their house for the past few months. They are both retired, but still go out to play music around New Orleans to supplement their income. Their house was originally a wagon wheel factory, built in the 1880s and is not a typical New Orleans-style house. The couple purchased it in 1990 and alternated between living there and renting it when they are traveling around the country. The house suffered damage during Hurricane Katrina, but many of the major repairs such as the roof and chimney have been finished. United Saints volunteers will assist the couple in completing the exterior painting and siding repair.
