Group Volunteer Application

There are 4 steps for groups wishing to volunteer with the United Saints Recovery Project.

  1. Group Info. Group leader fills out the Group Volunteer Application form below.
  2. Confirmation. United Saints staff will email confirmation of receipt of application and confirm dates and group number.
  3. Payment. United Saints staff will send group leader an invoice, at least 25% of which must be paid as a deposit prior to arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. [Group Donation Form]
  4. Group Members. REQUIRED: All members of a group must also complete individual volunteer forms and waivers. Group members should arrive at United Saints Recovery Project with application forms and waivers already printed out and completed. [Individual Form and Waiver]
